Refund policy

1. Returns within 30 Days

Changed your mind? No problem! You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it.

Make sure items are unused, with original tags and packaging, and that you have your receipt or order confirmation.

2. How to Start a Return:

Email us at sajid.gt1971@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about why you’re returning.

Once we’ve approved your request, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and simple packing instructions.

Drop your return off at the carrier—no surprises, no extra cost.

Please don’t ship anything back before getting your label and OK from us.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items?

Please check your package as soon as it arrives.

If something’s broken, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at sajid.gt1971@gmail.com with photos. We’ll make it right—fast.

4. Items That Can’t Be Returned:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items after opening (beauty, skincare)
  • Hazardous materials (flammables, gases)
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure, just drop us a line—we’re happy to help.

5. Exchanges:

We don’t process direct exchanges. To swap an item:

  • Return your original purchase for a refund.
  • Place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

6. EU 14‑Day “Cooling‑Off” Period

If you’re in the European Union, you can cancel or return any order within 14 days for any reason—no explanation needed. Just follow the same steps above, and make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

7. Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks sometimes take a few extra days to post the money—thanks for your patience!

If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t seen your refund, email us at sajid.gt1971@gmail.com so we can track it down.
